Our Story
"We wanted a place where the pot on the stove matters more than the plating on the pass."
The Copper Pot began as a supper club in a converted garage and grew, plate by plate, into a proper neighbourhood bistro. We change the menu with the seasons, keep the wine list short and honest, and cook the way our grandmothers did — patiently, and with a lot of butter.
Everything on the menu is made in-house, from the sourdough to the last spoon of custard. We're open six nights a week and we hold back a handful of tables for walk-ins, because some of our best evenings start without a booking.
